Founder of indieFORK, a leading food & beverage group based out of New York City which specialized in a veggie-centric commitment to Tri-State area farmers, green market to table practices, locally sourced, low carbon footprint and sustainable purveyors with a focus on health & wellness in hospitality.
Previously an owner of SoHo’s critically acclaimed 'farm to table' restaurant, Chalk Point Kitchen & renowned mixology den, The Handy Liquor Bar. Levine’s indieFORK company also previously oversaw the Food & Beverage operations for the W New York Times Square, The Hotel on Rivington, and the launch at Society Cafe at Walker Hotel Greenwich Village.
